Lex Reddy is currently the President & CEO of Prime Healthcare Services, Inc., a healthcare services group in Southern California.
Lex grew up in India and moved to US in 1985. He completed his highschool and college education in India. In 1981, he started his career as a Banking Officer in Karnataka Bank in Mangalore, India. He left his position in 1985 as he had to move to the United States. After moving to US, Lex attended California Baptist University and received a Bachelors degree in Business Administration in 1986. While working as a healthcare executive, Lex received Masters in Business Administration (MBA) degree in 1990 and Masters in Health Administration (MHA) degree in 1995 from California State University.
Lex is currently serving as President & CEO of Prime Healthcare Services. Lex strongly believes that active physician participation is vital for the financial success of any hospital. His philosophy is that the most cost-effective clinical management invariably results in the best patient outcomes and optimal financial results. Under his leadership, Desert Valley Hospital has achieved a turnaround with improved efficiencies in ER, decreasing inpatient lengths of stay and implementation of cost-effective treatment protocols.
Lex was a board member of the Desert Valley Charitable Foundation and the Victor Valley College Foundation. He is a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives and also a member of the Healthcare Executives of Southern California.
Lex lives in Apple Valley, California with his wife and two daughters.
